We ask the right questions at the time of scheduling the appointment, and determine our time estimate, say 2 hours, and it runs 3, that’s fine. It means two things, we went above and beyond to do it right, or – there was more to do than originally discussed, either way, no extra charges.

We prefer 24 hours’ notice, to reschedule or cancel any appointment, no charge. If you have an emergency, we will understand and will work with you to resolve it. If you cancel within 2 hour of the appointment, we ask you to pay a booking fee of 5% of that service.

We schedule one-time or recurring services, we will walk you through what might work best for your situation. Weekly services are usually done on the same day/time each week, same with monthly. Contract services are managed to mutual agreement on times, and services ordered.

Depending on services we provide, we accept Cash/Debit, Check, Visa & Mastercard (+3% fee), ACH, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay. On recurring accounts, we can work with statement billing, with flexibility in terms (10 days, 30 days, 45 days).

Just email us, call us, or let us know next time you see us. We do ask for 24 hour’s notice. We don’t want to lose you forever, so please keep us in mind for the future.

Yes – we stand behind our work, if something is not right, we’ll fix it and refund the portion of that service, no questions asked.
